Now, he requesting for Toy Story's toys; Buzz and Woody. Kalau mintak awal2 hari tu kan senang! ishhh... see, the never ending wish list!

Almost 7

Our eldest going to be 7 years old this end of May. Big boy already, like he always refers himself to whenever he wanted to do big boys' stuffs.

He knows his birthday is coming, so he has been requesting few things for his birthday. Here are some of them:

1. The 3 DVDs ordered 2, another 1 not yet available for pre-order
2. A wallet, either Thomas n Frens, Ben10, or Wall-E
3. UP DVD (even though dah ader, nak jugak yg baru sbb the cover sama dgn on the website) bought last week at Jusco
4. Ben10 birthday cake, to be exact, he wants Four Arms on the cake
5. Ben10 cupcakes

The list may stop here for the now... but wish list in his head has no end. Tunggu masa je nak pop out... "I wish i can have..." (lately suka benor guna "I wish...")

Littleman is asking for these DVDs...

He asked for this since last year and I thought he forgot about it.

This one is just to complete his CD/DVD collection.

And the latest one, Misty Island Rescue, which newly announced last February. Expected to launch in Fall 2010. "HIT Entertainment, one of the world's leading independent children's entertainment producers and rights owners, has today announced the newest Thomas & Friends™ CG animated feature-length movie, Misty Island Rescue, set for release on DVD from Lionsgate in September in the US, in October in the UK, and across other international territories including Australia, Germany, Benelux and Spain by the end of 2010.

4 new characters?? Littleman will surely wants to get all 4 of them. Earlier he asked for a wooden railroad set (mahal set kayu tu!), but when mrs mama said he has to get an 'A' in his exam, he replied, "Nevermind, i don't want the wooden railroad!" bertuah punya budak, sanggup tu... Anyway, last night when we were doing Math homework, he suddenly said he wants to get an 'A' (still nak jugak la tu...)

Anyhow, those 3 DVDs have been 'saved for later' in Amazon.Com ;)

Name Tag

Done!!! We got 4 name tags, but littleman has 5 white shirts. So, I only stitched 3 and another one gonna be a template for us to order few more.

New Year, New Era

Bila tgk kat blog feed most of kengkawan ada aje buat entry pasal new year. New year, new resolution, new vision, new mission.. ada jugak yg new car..

2010 ni littleman is entering a new era, new milestone. Littleman dah masuk darjah 1 kat SKBUD(4). Kejap je rasanya masa berlalu. Eventhough he is used to the school environment, tapi primary school ni is more structured, ada discipline. Hopefully he will be able to adjust to the new environment gradually.

Last Thursday (Dec 31, 09) ada sesi orientasi for budak2 darjah 1 SKBUD(4). Total student ada la dlm 100++ and average satu kelas dlm 30 orang students. Littleman masuk kelas 1 Zuhal. Ada gak kawan littleman from Kinderland dulu masuk sekolah sama gak, Jordan, tapi dia masuk kelas lain. So far nampak okay je masa orientasi tu. Kita tunggu la when the actual session starts on Monday nanti. Jenuh la nanti nak kejut littleman pagi2 sebab nak tunggu van sekolah nanti...

Apart from that, littlebro pun masuk 7 bulan dah. We just realized that littlebro dah start tumbuh gigi. Nampak ada 1 setengah batang gigi belah bawah. Littlebro talks a lot too. Skrg ni dok baa...baa...baa... bila dia main sorang2.

mr ayah & mrs mama nothing new to update. cuma nak start routine baru je la pas ni, dgn littleman dah start sekolah ni.

Littlema: Yes.
Mrs mama: How about you? You speak malay too?
Littleman: No, English.
Mrs mama: So, you learn malay in englsih?
Littleman: I speak English at school.

Dulu masa darjah satu, korang belajar english camner yek? cikgu ckp english or melayu? Mrs mama dulu darjah satu di SK Tunku Raudzah, Aloq Setaq. Cikgu nama Datin Laili. Kalau tak silap cikgu tu ckp campur2 sbb tak semua students paham. How about you?

We managed to watched Ben 10 - The Power of the Omnitrix (Live on Stage) at KL Convention Center during the Aidul-Adha weekend. Surprisingly KLCC was fulled with parents and children. We took the 5.00 pm show on Saturday. Littleman was so excited eversince he saw the ads on tv. But we have always keep it a secret regarding the tickets until the day before the show. Littleman was all geared up for the show. Mentally and physically. He wore his new Ben10 t-shirt and brought along the his "old" Omnitrix.

We managed to get center seats behind the console. In fact, before the the show started, littleman managed to have a chat with Wan Zaleha Radzi prior to the show. They talked about all sorts Ben10 stuffs and its alien forms. Wan Zaleha knows a lot about Ben10. Guess she have to know about it, since its her company that brings the show in KL.

For kids, I guess its a great show. The special effects, musics, lightings was fully digitized. The stunts were also not bad. The only thing that are lacking is the stage looks a bit "empty" since they are using less props, and more digitized props.

Overall, the Power of the Omnitrix is a great show.. We are really glad that littleman enjoyed it. He keeps talking about it on and on.. In fact before we went home, littleman managed to get himself the "new" Omnitrix at Toys R' Us...

Congratulations Littleman

This is an overdue post..

On Nov 21 all of us went to the Annual Charity Concert 2009 - Kinderland D'shire & Kota Damansara. The theme for this year is "Just You and I Can Make the Difference". The concert was for a good cause, whereby all the collection will go to UNICEF. We were told that, there are RM5,000 was collected from the sales of the concert tickets.

On the same time, the graduating class of six years old received their scrolls. Littleman was one of them. As parents we feel so proud seeing him on stage walking confidently to receive his scroll complete with his graduation robe and mortar board. He really looks calm and confidence as he walks to get his "scroll".

Littleman and his gang performed "The Boys are Back" from HSM 3. He seems energetic dancing on the stage. Unfortunately, he was placed at the back of the group. Hence its quite hard to find him in the beginning. Not bad for six years old, they did some breakdance move, they flipped and all sorts of HSM3 movements. Its soo Zac Afron.

The other performance by the other classes was also not bad. Black & White by the King of Pop, the late MJ performed by five years old kids was cool. Up till today, littleman always asked for mr ayah's hat so that he can performed some MJ's moves.

All in all, the whole concert went well. Entertaining and meaningful, for littleman at least. Something for him to cherish later. Mrs mama did record some performances and the graduation via video cam. But we are still figuring how to burn it on a DVD.

Littleman, you made us proud.. May you grow up as a bright young man...

Thomas freak

We bought these 2 DVDs, Hero of the Rails and Railway Friends from amazon.com. Both dvds are in Malaysia, arrived few weeks ago, but yet to pick them up. It will be a surprise for littleman. He had been anticipated for the Hero of the Rails dvd since July. The dvd was released on September 5th, 2009 in US. (Railway Friends tu beli sbb nak cukupkan dpt free shipping.)

However, last weekend he started to watch new dvd teaser on the youtube.

Littleman: Mama, I want splish splash splosh.
Mrs. Mama: Aper tu? Tak pernah dengar pun!
Littleman: Ader la... I saw it last night (entah masa bilernyer dier tgk last night tak tau la, pdhal baru that day dier tgk youtube)

I just typed "splish splash splosh thomas" and hit the search button. Berderet video on SSS keluar. Wahhh!! mana pulak budak nie dpt? Dah tak tgk Hero of the Rails ke? Nie mesti new series from Thomas and Friends.

Semalam teringat la nak google psl SSS tu. Betul la... it's a new series, will be released on January 5th, 2010. Wahh! advanced betul anak bujang nie. Yg di-order pun belum pi amik, dah anticipate for new dvd pulak. Nasib baik next year baru nak keluar.

By the way, last sunday littleman got new hair cut. Jenuh gak nak paksa dia potong rambut. At last dier setuju juga setelah dijanjikan untuk membeli cd/dvd for him. Mrs mama plan to go to Ampang Point since there is no toy shop over there. But mr ayah suggested going to GE mall instead. And mr ayah was very much aware littleman will "pow" us more than cd/dvds since there is a Choo CHoo Train outlet in GE mall.

As expected, in less than 5 minutes inside Choo choo train, littleman already grabbed 2 sets of trains, Hiro and Patchwork Hiro (Hiro is the new character in Hero of the Rails). Nasib baik dier tak nampak the whole set of the series, set tu letak tinggi kat atas.. hehehe... oh! and dier tak jadi beli cd/dvd coz he was expecting to get the splish splash splosh dvd, which we guess won't be available in Malaysia.

Mr No who doesn't accept No

Remember Mr. No? Littleman got that title when he was in the nursery in West Haven, CT. This littleman always say 'No' to almost everything u ask. Sekarang pun mcm tu jugak, sesekali...

Situation: On our way back to Taiping. Upon entering the PLUS highway... (lagi 300km to reach taiping)

Littleman: Are we there yet, ayah?

Mr ayah: No. Jauh lagi la. Why don't you sleep first.

Littleman: Say almost ayah... Are we there yet, mama?

Mrs mama: No.

Littleman: I said almost!

Mrs mama: Ok, almost...

About 100km, we stopped at one of the hentian rehat.

Littleman: Are we there yet?

Mrs. mama: Err... errr... almost!

And we kept saying almost the entire journey becoz he didn't accept No for an answer... adoi la...

Meet Dr. Ting

So, littlebro pun dah di-introduced to Dr. Ting... Been planning to continue littlebro's immunisation with Dr. Ting, tapi asyik tertangguh sbb kalah psycho nak drive all the way ke Puchong from Keramat/KD.

We went to dr ting because littlebro got flu, cough, and phelgm. Masuk 3rd night, his phelgm dah berkurangan tapi belum hilang, so kena continue another 2 nights. Littlebro nie cool je biler amik neb. Memang berbeza la dgn littleman yang meraung all the way the process masa kecik2 dulu. Littlebro nie nangis gak la biler dah lama sgt takleh nak bebas bergerak, cuma takde la sehebat tangisan littleman :D

Tapi nie kalau mood dier baik... else jawabnyer, "1 second", "5 minutes", "No, thank you", or paling kureng ajor... "you do it yourself"

Happy 6th Birthday Harith Arsyad

Today our littleman turns 6 years old. Happy birthday dear... ayah and mama love u so much!!! Cepat2 sket matang yea... :)

This year we just bought a cake and let him choose his own birthday present. We took him to Isetan last Tuesday. Lama betul nak memilih toys. At last he ended up pilih hotwheels set after amik-letak, amik-letak thomas for few times. Agaknyer dah tak tau nak pilih aper dah in Thomas's family... boleh kater semua dah ader.

We celebrated littleman's birthday satu hari in advance, just in case takut tak sempat nak celebrate. Mana la tau, on the 31st mrs mama masuk labor room pulak. The birthday celebration was a simple one among family members. Dlm pada tu, sempat gak buat perangai merajuk bila orang nyanyi birthday song. Tak nak potong cake, tak nak tiup candles. Tapi yg kelakar tu, dlm merajuk2 tu boleh gak tanya "Where's my birthday present?" kat nenek. Bertuah punya anak..

Again, Happy 6th Birthday, Harith Arsyad. Ayah & mama hope you'll be a great young man. We love you sooo much.

(Adakah littleman akan celebrate birthday sama dgn littlebro next year? We will see..)

Weekend anda?

Cuci kereta lorrr... hah? mr ayah cuci kereta? Biler last yek mr ayah cuci kereta? Tak ingat dah, mmg dah lama sgt tak pernah nampak mr ayah cuci kereta.

Littleman yg rajin cuci kereta hehehe... Rajin nyibuk! Actually pagi tu littleman payah nak mandi pagi. So ajak la cuci kereta... Cuci terano arwah atuk and neo mr ayah. Suka la dpt main air... abis org lain yg basah!

Later after zohor all of us went to Marche Movenpick, The Curve for lunch. Tapi mrs mama dipaksa melencong dulu ke MPH oleh littleman setelah usaha dier mengajak cari thomas table gagal. Lama gak kat MPH tunggu mamat kecik tu pilih buku. Rambang mata la tu tgk byk thomas books.

Sempat juga singgah ke rumah KD :)

Jumpa lagi

Mrs mama and littleman are now currently around 37,000 feet up in sky heading towards KUL. It was a mixed emotion moment when all of us at EWR. Mrs mama was excited to go back home, mr ayah wasn't too sure how he feels. It couldn't have been sad, since all of us sure will meet up again in few weeks time. However, we can sense littleman was a bit emotional despite having fun running around chasing Liza's and Kush's boys. Mr ayah was touched by littleman when he came and hug mr ayah. He said "Bye ayah, see you soon. I'll missed you". Though there were no tears, but the moment was touching. 

As mrs mama and littleman arrived in ARN, mr ayah got a sms at 7.00 am saying that they have safely arived in ARN for transit, and littleman misses mr ayah and wished mr ayah was there together. It was an emotional morning for mr ayah, woke up in the morning, alone.

It was also arwah ayah birthday today (March 20th). He's supposed to be 62 this year. I've already have a shirt of his favorite color and birthday card ready for him, and mrs mama was supposed to bring it back along.

Have a safe trip mrs mama and littleman. I've been missing both you the moment both of you passed the security check. I'll see you all in few weeks time.

Happy 62nd birthday, ayah. I will always love you, and I missed you a whole lot now. I'll never forget to pray for you.
